Congratulations to our incredible Project Team led by Stefan Brozic and Shane Morrissey who have successfully delivered Stages 1 and 2A of the Menangle Park Project. This is just the first stages to developing this new contemporary community.
Menangle Park is uniquely situated along the Nepean River providing river frontage access and pristine bushland alongside planned parks and open spaces, this modern masterplan will breathe new life at Menangle Park.
This stage of works saw our team deliver over 300 residential lots including all the critical infrastructure for this new community. The key features and milestones achieved by the team includes significant lead in service reticulation, 45,000 sq.m of Pavement, 8km of Stormwater drainage, 4km of retaining walls and a massive 279,697 cu.m of dirt moved.
This was all achieved within a 9 month program and during the course of the works we had the additional challenge of managing two 1 in 50 year flood events.
