Federal Safety Commissioner Scheme Accreditation

JK Williams holds the Federal Safety Commissioners Scheme Accreditation, gaining this accreditation is a direct result of maintaining industry best Work Health & Safety practices.

Being accredited under the Work Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme (the Scheme) means you are able to tender for significant building and construction jobs involving the Australian Government.

Third Party Accreditation

JK Williams has held 3rd party certification for over 15 years, to maintain this certification JKW is externally audited every 6 months with major re-certification assessment conducted every 3 years.

Pre-Qualifications

Transport for NSW

Achieving and maintaining this pre-qualification with the Transport for NSW (TfNSW) allows JK Williams to complete works directly to the category values as specified below. JK Williams has worked for numerous Tier 1 contractors on significant infrastructure works, a small sample includes including The  Northern Road Upgrade, M4-M5 Link Tunnels, WestConnex and NorthConnex. This qualification is rigorously assessed every 3 years to ensure we continue meeting the qualification criteria.

Department of Transport & Mains Road (QLD)

JK Williams has achieved pre-qualification with Department of Transport & Mains Road (QLD) which is assessed and reviewed every 3 years, we are qualified in the below categories –

Australian Concrete Pavements Association

Founded in October 2007, the Australian Society for Concrete Pavements (ASCP) is an Australian not-for-profit organisation which aims to facilitate improvements in the design, construction and quality of concrete pavements in Australia through education, technology transfer and research.

Urban Development Institute of Australia – NSW Division (UDIA NSW)

Officially established in 1963, UDIA NSW has grown to become the leading industry body representing the interests of the NSW property development sector. UDIA NSW aims to secure the viability and sustainability of the urban development industry for the benefit of our members and the communities they create.

We represent the leading participants in the industry and have more than 550 members across the entire spectrum of the industry including developers, financiers, builders, suppliers, architects, contractors, engineers, consultants, academics and state and local government bodies. A quarter of these members are based in regional NSW.

Civil Contractors Federation – NSW Division

The Civil Contractors Federation is the only organisation in Australia charged with representing all, and only, employers in the civil construction and maintenance industry.
