JK Williams self perform critical divisions of work beyond the traditional civil contractor to include pipe laying, concrete paving, surveying and mechanical repairs as in-house core abilities removing reliance on sub-contractors on pricing and timing, providing us with the greater ability to phase work for the benefit of the project.
By managing multidisciplinary teams internally, we can provide a diverse array of opportunities within our organisation. We take great pride in this aspect, as it has enabled many of our employees to advance from entry-level positions to senior management roles and transition into various roles throughout the company.
During the JK Williams Careers Day, we will offer students a “Day in the Life” experience on one of our projects.
