Canvas Estate Bonnyrigg | Stage 7B

Bonnyrigg Stage 7B is brownfield a 19-lot residential subdivision located in the Canvas Estate in Bonnyrigg NSW, this project was managed under the Federal Safety Commissioner Scheme (FSC) and included the management of surrounding community.

Works associated with the construction of this project involved demolition of existing structures i.e. redundant sewer, bulk earthworks, stormwater drainage installation, pavement construction, retaining wall construction, concrete kerb construction & service reticulation works.

Special Features:

• 1,300m³ of cut to fill and 6910m² of topsoil respread
• 400 + lin.m of stormwater drainage installation
• 1,900 m² of road pavement construction
• 200 lin.m of 1.5 metre high retaining walls
• Installation of sewer, potable water, electrical, gas and NBN services
• 6,000 tonne of ACM Remediation
