Special Features

Highland Views Stage 8A & 8B is a greenfield subdivision located in Glenmore Park. The site was previously farmland which has since undergone subdivision works.

As a part of this 30 Lot Subdivision, the following scope of works was undertaken:

Localised Bulk earthworks, inclusive of stripping topsoil, cut to fill and cut to stockpile, topsoil replacement and re-vegetation;
Stormwater, inter-allotment and subsoil drainage systems;
Road pavements and kerbs
Landscaping;
Water reticulation and connection to existing watermain;
Sewer reticulation and connection to existing sewer;
Electrical reticulation, connection to existing HV and LV circuits; and
Communications pit and pipe construction.

Included within the Stage 8A & 8B project was the extension of Surveyor’s Creek Landscaping Corridor. This included planting of more than one thousand trees and shrubs of varying specifies, the construction of two fitness stations and the construction of an overland flow concrete shared path which intersects the corridor.
