  • Residential Subdivision consisting of 92 Lots
  • Sub-Arterial Road Upgrade working in and around the existing infrastructure
  • Management of CAA and AHIP zones during construction period
  • Three Sydney Water trunk mains located under the road that was upgraded including a DN300; DN500; and DN900. Working near these three watermains required additional controls such as vibration monitoring, Sydney Water involvement, additional ITP’s and other management
  • Existing telecommunications lines were rerouted as part of the scope
  • Overhead powerlines were converted to underground reticulatio
  • 84,522 m3 of import project requiring multiple source sites
  • 1,922 lin.m of stormwater drainage
  • 8,478 m2 of deep lift pavement
  • 7,640 m2 of flexible full pavement
  • 3,694 lin.m of kerbs including medians and splitter islands
  • 3,533 m2 of footpath concrete pavement
  • 800 m2 Sleeper post concrete panel retaining walls
  • Major rock excavation in other areas of the project
  • Deep lift pavement along road upgrade to avoid clashes with existing services
  • Project underwent several RFI and design resolutions to overcome issues onsite with clashes and adjustment to work in an around the existing infrastructure, for which JKW played a large part in identifying and providing resolution
