After 21 years our Maintenance Manager Warren Shepherd has decided its time to swap out the scrapers and graders for #farmlife.
It is hard to know where to begin thanking Warren for his time, his effort and focus in resolving mechanical issues whilst keeping the projects and plant moving was always recognised, he created a work environment that everyone wanted to be a part of. To many of us who got to work side by side him he was a true leader in both life and work, he had a remarkable combination of both old school ethics and workmanship but was always investing in the new technology.
The team of mechanics Warren has trained are an absolute credit to him, we wish him all the best in his new ventures and we would look forward to his “city” visits!
