Key Features
Realignment and widening approximately 830m rural road to urban arterial Road. Works included:
- Removal of vegetation and existing pavement
- Earthworks along the extent of the proposed road re-alignment
- Upgrade of the existing two-way road to a median separated, dual carriageway road of urban standard
- Demolition of an existing bridge and construction of new twin bridges over the Heritage listed Water NSW Upper Canal.
- Four-leg intersection complete with traffic signals
- Three-leg, dual lane roundabout
- Provision of off-Road shared pedestrian/cyclist paths and on-road cycle path along both sides of Denham Court Road for the length of the project
- Provision of street lighting for the length of the project
- Associated stormwater drainage works
- Co-ordination of adjustments to public utilities such as electricity, communication, sewer and water services along the route
- Construction of new twin bridges over the Heritage listed Water NSW Upper Canal.

- Three-leg, dual lane roundabout
- Construction of a specially designed precast concrete protection slab over the existing Jemena 850mm diameter methane Gas main and APA 200mm diameter Ethane Gas pipeline
