Challenge

Jordan Springs lake forms part of the 17ha of parklands that residents can use.

Construction of Main Lake was adjacent to existing Sales Office and consideration for existing retaining walls and foundations at the extremities of the Lake. The construction of the Main Lake was also a key focus for supporting the local flora and fauna which was imperative to the development.
