Construction of a 254 lot residential subdivision, inclusive of extension bulk earthworks –
Jordan Springs Village 5 was the construction of a residential subdivision bordered on all sides by Regional Park.
This project required the construction of sizeable drainage on the border of the site in which JKW were able to develop a method of slipforming the culvert line slab with a reduced construction footprint. This project also saw the importation of fill through existing residential housing and other innovations with slipforming specialized kerb profiles required by the designers for management of traffic along the regional park.
Our legacy is that long after we have completed a project, the memory of who we are and what we stand for shall remain.
