Challenge

Redbank is a community steeped with history and environmentally sensitive areas that were restored and protected.

The developers of Redbank planned the project around respecting the heritage, environmentally sensitive areas and embracing the previous farming land that their community is built on.

The community was designed to sit within the hills therefore there was large number of bulk earthworks completed to ensured this occur, many lakes constructed throughout the estate, Indigenous open space area constructed to preserve the area, heritage rail line “Pansy Line” that was reestablished to protect its history.
